Neurotics are prone to depression and the display of negative emotions such as anger, irritation, and anxiety. They are unable to work under pressure, handle stress or make wise decisions. Therefore, people with high expression of neuroticism are not appropriate for the discussed position.

To sum up, Tisha’s results suggest that, on the one hand, she appears to be active, creative, and communicative; on the other, she is organized and self-disciplined, she can work under pressure and make good decisions. Obviously, Tisha has all the qualities to become a successful manager.
