The majority of students can’t boast of having cooking skills. “The only thing I can make is fried eggs.” If you possess this skill, it is a good start to get the right amount of nutrients, protein and antioxidants in the morning. Well, coffee is not technically a food, but it is better than any junk food or stomach-churning energy drink. Even coffee smell is helpful when you feel sleepy and need to wake up. It has also been proved that a few cups of coffee a day can be beneficial. The only warning is no overdosing. Moderation is the key to staying healthy.
The statement that peanut butter is unhealthy is a myth that needs to be debunked. Believe it or not, peanut butter contains plenty of healthy fats and protein. Therefore, it keeps you full for a rather long time. Another advantage of peanut butter is that it doesn’t expire too fast. So, you can keep it in your fridge or cupboard and have a spoon of it whenever you need more energy or feel hungry. If you like eating porridge for breakfast as I do, it is a good idea to mix it with some peanut butter to start the day.
