Such intention is correlated with every person’s determination to attain the best things in life. Similar to other students, I am not an exception. Education choices, field knowledge, and exposure are vital parts that make schooling complete. Moreover, exploration in the world of business needs a great level of patience, perseverance, and motivation. Besides, it is a significant aspect that I am an international student of Chinese origin. My dream has always been to become a successful businessman in the future. I received the main influence and enthusiasm from my mother, who is a certified public accountant (CPA) in China. I have been studying in the USA since May 2013. My education started with an English class in Los Angeles City College. Later, I transferred to Rio Hondo College to take a major in Business Administration where I received two certificates of honor. I have worked in conjunction with many creative and ambitious people involved in different businesses. They have helped me to acquire knowledge necessary for handling losses and balancing them with profits to ensure a smooth running of the business. I have gained this experience during my volunteer work in AGS (Alpha Gamma Sigma). I have been working with the program since spring 2005. Moreover, I attended the Student Leadership Institute that was held by Rio Hondo College and California State University, Fullerton. I completed the program in spring 2006 and acquired a certificate by California State University, Fullerton. Despite some fruitful achievements, it acquires many innovational skills to excel in this business. For this reason, I think that qualification that I have acquired in this field of business is not ample to consider myself an accomplished professional I strive to become. Therefore, I intend to improve my knowledge about this business in order to attain the best results and find the most productive ways to run my business in the future. In my opinion, my testimonials and experience, which I have acquired in different institutions that I was able to attend, are great benefits I may apply in my career. The experience has helped me to understand all essential aspects of my future profession, as well as profoundly scrutinize what business people do to succeed in life.

Given that I have been doing well in mathematics and commerce courses during my undergraduate curriculum, I believe that I have all the necessary skills to demonstrate valuable knowledge in a graduate faculty. I have been interested in commerce ever since I was a child. Hence, operating with numbers and commerce subjects has never been difficult for me. My main aim is to learn business administration and pursue a master’s degree in the same course later in the future. The knowledge I have gained from my previous courses has enabled me to identify what concepts are required to be utilized and at what time they are saleable. This factor has enabled me to acquire fruitful outcomes, which enable me to secure a job. I worked in China before I came to the USA. I was a property officer in Swire Properties. The experience of work in Swire Properties has shaped me in a way that I have gained more interest in business administration. The interest in business made me decide to quit my job and come to the USA in order to improve my skills with the help of the course and obtain a higher degree. I hope I can also combine the knowledge that I have learned from school with skills I am going to obtain in my future company. I can communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. I believe that these languages and knowledge of my major will help my work in the future. After I finish my undergraduate diploma, I am going to start my own business. I have the capability to gain expertise quickly, as well as apply it where needed. I can also learn independently and conduct a meticulous research. I am optimistic that a graduate school will provide me with an in-depth perception of the business world, increasing the range of options and choices, which will be accessible to me after graduation.
